Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

Bank transfer to our UAE business account
Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
Cash at our office

All payments are to be made in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Payment Structure

Our Service Fees Include:

Our Fees Do NOT Include:

Government fees and charges

Bank account opening fees
Translation and attestation charges
Medical test fees

Payment Schedule:

Initial deposit required before commencing work (typically 30-50% of service fees)
Progress payments at specified milestones
Final payment upon service completion
Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed

Late Payments: Late payments will be subject to interest charges and may result in service suspension.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable

Our service charges are non-refundable
Government charges paid to authorities
Third-party service provider charges
Work completed to the point of cancellation

Refundable

Unspent government charges (if refundable by authorities)
Service fees for work not yet commenced (minus administrative charges)

Refund Process:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days
Refunds will be made through original payment method only

Cancellation:

Either party may cancel services with written notice
Client remains liable for work completed and costs incurred
Outstanding invoices become immediately due upon cancellation

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information
Submit all required documents in a timely manner
Respond promptly to our requests
Inform us of any changes to your circumstances
Make payments according to agreed terms
Comply with all UAE laws and regulations

Government authorities
Incomplete client documentation

Limitation of Liability

Approval of applications by government authorities
Bank account opening or approval
Visa application approvals
Specific timelines
Business success or profitability

Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid by you.

We Are NOT Liable For:

Government authority decisions
Third-party service provider errors
Client errors or misrepresentations
Changes in laws or regulations
Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits or business opportunities
